Ashley

My name is Ashley Burton … and before PYC, I was someone who really didn’t realize who I actually was. I felt like what I did for a living, my culture, age and heritage – all these exterior attributes – made up WHO I WAS. At the time I was living a life for myself really and much less self-aware than I’ve become after diving into the culture of personal development and self inquiry.

Gillian

Gillian brings warmth, thoughtful sequencing, and a deep respect for the connection between breath, movement, and community. Her classes range from powerful, music-driven flows and breath-led unplugged Hot Power Yoga practices, to Deep Flow, Yin, Restorative Yoga, and Sound Healing. Across styles, she emphasizes presence, challenge, and care. With a background as a Chef and Food Therapist, Gillian approaches yoga as a way to nourish our whole being, supporting students in cultivating strength, grounded intention, and connection.

Silvana

My yoga journey truly shifted my vision, finding connection of breath, body, and mind, discovering a deeply healing and transformative practice that cultivates inner peace, emotional resilience, and a sense of belonging within a supportive community. I strive to lead classes rooted in compassion, mindfulness, and inclusivity, focusing on creating a safe, welcoming space for students to reconnect with themselves. By blending breathwork, sequencing, alignment cues and gentle encouragement, I hope to empower students to explore their own unique path and deepen their mind-body awareness - on and off the mat.
