I am an E-RYT500 holding certifications in various styles of yoga, including restorative, yin, prenatal, and power yoga, and an extensive background in anatomy and health care. I bring this experience into my classes to help students feel the asanas, creating awareness and change through the moving meditation of yoga. You will feel grounded and safe in my classes, as I strive to create an environment where you learn something new each time you show up on your mat.

As a teacher you’ll get a class thats down to earth, grounded in yoga philosophy - that also holds space for being human - aka jokes & laughs along the way. I am a Registered Acupuncturist, meaning a holistic approach is important to me in any class. Been teaching since 2018 and am excited to learn & grow at PYC

Yoga is the key to overall health and well being! I am a nurse practitioner and have been since 2020. I was put on this earth to help people so nursing is a wonderful fit for this. I have been practicing yoga loosely for many years but it wasn't until I started practicing yoga at PYC did the depth of the benefits of yoga really sink in. Yoga supports the body but more importantly it heals the mind and creates peace. I became a yoga teacher to further my reach in helping people. Yoga has brought me so much joy, has improved my health, brought me peace and is moving me towards being vibrant in my 90s! Yoga is a gift! I hope to share it as much as I can.

I'm a firm believer that yoga should challenge you, surprise you, and occasionally make you laugh. You can expect strong flows, creative transitions, thoughtfully curated playlists (reggaeton, hip-hop lovers, rock, you name it --- you're in the right place!), and plenty of reminders that growth doesn't happen by staying comfortable. I love weaving real-life themes into every class because I believe what we practice on the mat helps us show up more fully off the mat. Whether we're building strength, finding courage, or learning to let go, my goal is to create a space where you can move, breathe, smile, and leave feeling just a little more like yourself. When I'm not teaching, you'll probably find me planning my next adventure, riding my bike, or wrangling my two Weiner dogs. I can't wait to practice with you!"

From the minute that I started practising yoga, I knew that I had forever changed my life. Over the years yoga to me has adapted in different ways as my life has shifted into each new chapter. My hope as a teacher is that I can share the feelings of love that I feel when I land on my mat each time I practice. Through proper alignment and collective breath you will find me guiding your practice and challenging you to take up space and become the best version of yourself. Outside of the studio, you will find me out in nature with my husband and four beautiful children.

I'm a big believer that your breath is your greatest source of strength. My classes are energetic, powerful vinyasa flows designed to challenge you, build confidence, and leave you feeling stronger than when you arrived. I love encouraging students to find their edge, move with intention, and discover what they're truly capable of. You'll always find core work in my classes, but you'll also earn a long, juicy Savasana—because the best part is watching everyone completely let go and soak in all the hard work.
