WELCOME HOME. Power Yoga Canada Durham is so much more than a yoga studio. It's a place where friendships are formed, confidence is rediscovered, healing begins, and light is unveiled. From the moment you walk through our doors, we hope you feel a sense of belonging. Whether you're stepping onto a yoga mat for the very first time or you've been practicing for years, you'll find a community that welcomes you with open arms. We love beginners, especially those who think they're ""not flexible enough."" Around here, we believe yoga isn't about touching your toes, it's about discovering what's possible when you simply begin. Over the years, our studio has become a second home for thousands of people. We've celebrated victories together, supported one another through life's hardest seasons, and witnessed incredible transformations, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Every class, every breath, every breakthrough has helped shape the community that fills these walls today. At the heart of everything we do is the belief that movement is just the beginning. Through powerful yoga classes, breathwork, workshops, teacher trainings, retreats, and meaningful experiences, we create opportunities for people to reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and live with greater purpose and joy. Our teachers are more than instructors, they are passionate guides who continue to invest in their own growth so they can better serve yours. They lead with authenticity, compassion, and a genuine love for helping others discover their strength, both on and off their mat. Whether you're here to build strength, reduce stress, find your people, deepen your practice, or simply take a deep breath after a long day, you're in the right place. Come sweat with us. Laugh with us. Grow with us. Maybe even cry with us. Most of all, come home to yourself. We can't wait to welcome you. With gratitude, Kelly Nightingale & Debbie Smith

"I had such an amazing experience at my first hot Power Sculpt class! It was Pilates-inspired, challenging in the best way, and such a great full-body workout. The instructor (Nicole) was incredible—super motivating, clear with her cues, and really attentive to form. The class was intense but still alot of fun. I left feeling strong, energized, and definitely sore (in a good way!). Highly recommend if you want a workout that pushes you while still feeling safe and supported."

"Clean, welcoming studio with classes for all levels and life stages. Kelly, Debbie and the entire staff are so welcoming -as well as the other Yogis. I find myself coming back for the energy and connection I get every class. From Prenatal/ Post Natal workshops with Kayla, to the amazing playlists and classes with Steph - a favourite place of mine."

"Every minute was amazing. From the greeting at the front entrance, check in, tour of the studios, walk through of the classes, and of course the hot deep flow class with Stephanie. Stephanie is amazing. Her energy is infectious. Even with it being my first class I felt so confident and strong. Her music choice helped keep me going with her continuous guidance and breathing reminders. I will definitely be returning soon."
