Yoga has been part of my life for the past 10 years, beginning at PYC Georgetown as an Energy Exchange student, later becoming a Hands-On Assistant in St. Catharines, and eventually returning to PYC Niagara as an Energy Exchange, Hands on Assistant, and now teacher. My “why” for both PYC and teaching yoga is rooted in the sense of community, connection, inclusivity, diversity, and belonging that fills the space the moment you walk through the doors. I deeply value the shared energy of moving, breathing, laughing, and growing together both on and off the mat. PYC is a place where I truly feel accepted as my authentic self, and that feeling of belonging is something I hope to help create for others. I teach Power Flow and aim to create a supportive space where students feel safe to show up authentically, connect with themselves and others, and continue evolving in their practice.

Yoga is my happy place! It’s where I reconnect, reset, and come home to myself. This community is my why. The people, the energy, and what we create together at PYCN is powerful. My intention is that everyone who walks through our doors feels seen, supported, and welcomed exactly as they are. My passion for teaching as well as practicing is in Power Yoga—especially without music—but also I teach Deep Flow, Kettle Bell Flow, Restorative, and Yin yoga. I’m also a Reiki practitioner and love offering the occasional sound bath savasana to support deeper release, balance, and connection. At the heart of my teaching is connection—to breath, to body, and to something greater. I’m here to hold space for you to show up as you are, move with intention, and leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more grounded. There’s nothing like that post-yoga feeling—and I’m here to share it with you.
