Five Weeks to Awaken is a five-week challenge designed to help you build a stronger, more consistent practice—on and off your mat. Through yoga, meditation, journaling and weekly community meetings, you’ll explore a new theme each week, from listening and accountability to forgiveness, gratitude and love. This is a chance to slow down, get curious, and notice what’s shifting in your practice and in your life. Show up as you are, keep it simple, and see what can happen when you commit to yourself for five weeks. WHAT’S INCLUDED Five weekly community meetings (via Zoom) Weekly emails and access to the Five Weeks to Awaken online program on Power Yoga at Home. Two guided meditations and two online yoga practices each week with our cofounder Kinndli McCollum Weekly journal prompts, the Participant Challenge Workbook and Personal Tracker. Connection and encouragement through the studio's private WhatsApp group. Breathwork sessions offer a unique opportunity to release and clear old experiences, past traumas, stuck emotions, thoughts, and belief systems that no longer serve you. It invites you to access your sympathetic nervous system. Your fight, flight, or freeze response through an active breathing technique that is different from restorative or other yogic pranayama practices. Breathwork gifts you the opportunity to create space for something new. One breath at a time you start to peel away the layers and bring to the surface the things/stuff that have been holding you back or weighing you down. Can it be challenging, will it be uncomfortable, will you cry - possibly What you experience will be unique to you. Everyone & every breathwork session is different. Our bodies keep score and what you experience, release, and let in will be what is meant for you. Your body’s intuition is a powerful thing, trust it. It will guide you to what is needed for you to feel & heal. Five Weeks to Awaken is a guided journey designed to help you create consistent practices that support your body, mind and soul.
