I teach at the Sudbury studio—Power, Restorative, and all the vibes in between. My classes are filled with energy, joy, fun, and playlists I’m pretty sure are amazing (feel free to disagree 😜). I love creating spaces where people can move, breathe, laugh, and connect, because yoga is about community just as much as it is about the poses. Whether you’re looking to build strength, slow down, or simply show up exactly as you are, there’s a place for you on my mat.

With 30 years of teaching experience, I am passionate about creating a welcoming yoga community where everyone feels supported and empowered. My classes integrate mindful movement, meditation, and breath to cultivate balance and inner calm. I believe yoga is for every body, and I incorporate props to make each practice accessible and safe. My goal is to help students build strength, self-awareness, and lasting connections—both on and off the mat.

Lynne Raven Fahey believes yoga is about far more than poses—it is a practice of coming home to ourselves. Known for teaching with warmth, authenticity, and a touch of humour, she creates classes that challenge the body while inviting reflection, curiosity, and connection. Lynne weaves meaningful themes into movement, encouraging students to trust themselves, embrace growth, and celebrate progress over perfection. Whether guiding a powerful flow or a restorative practice, her intention is simple: help people leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and more fully themselves.

After nearly 30 years in the automotive industry, yoga inspired me to reconnect with what truly matters. As a Power Yoga teacher, CranioSacral Therapist, and holistic wellness coach, I'm passionate about helping people build strength, resilience, and balance through mindful movement and breath. My goal is to create a welcoming space where every student can reconnect with themselves and leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more grounded

I love creating meaningful connections with people through meditation, mindful movement, and a calming, supportive presence. My classes begin with grounding and flow into slow, intentional movement designed to help them reconnect with themselves through breath. My goal, when they leave, is for them to feeling a little lighter, happier, more relaxed, and deeply restored—both in mind and body. I believe yoga is a space to pause, breathe, and find balance in everyday life.

I’m passionate about helping people move with greater awareness, strength, and ease. My teaching emphasizes mindful alignment, functional movement, and building confidence one step at a time. I strive to create an encouraging space where students can challenge themselves safely, feel supported, and leave each class stronger than when they arrived.
