Entries received, completed, posted, submitted, tracked, or recorded outside the Contest Period
will not be eligible.

Contest is open only to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entrants must be legally able to travel internationally.

Entrants must be able to attend the PYC Global Summit on October 18, 2026 to claim the prize if selected.

The following individuals are not eligible:

• Employees, owners, instructors, contractors, and ambassadors of Power Yoga Canada.
• Employees, owners, instructors, contractors, and ambassadors of participating PYC studios.
• Employees or representatives of G Adventures, Adventures with Camille, or promotional partners.
• Immediate family members or household members of the above.

The contest is void where prohibited by law.

There are two ways to earn entries into the grand prize draw.

• Class Completion Entry: Complete 30 eligible in-studio classes.
• Social Media Entry: Complete 30 eligible Instagram posts, stories, or reels.

Maximum two entries per person:

• One class completion entry.
• One social media entry.

Entrants must complete the official contest application form and agree to these Official Rules.

To be eligible for the draw, entrants must complete the official contest application form.

The application form will collect required information, including:

• First and last name.
• Email address and phone number.
• Date of birth.
• Ontario residency confirmation.
• Age eligibility confirmation.
• Home PYC studio, if applicable.
• Instagram handle, if applicable.
• Intended participation method.
• PYC Global Summit attendance confirmation.
• Acknowledgement of the Official Rules.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring all information provided is complete and accurate.

Entrants may earn one entry by completing 30 eligible in-studio classes during the Contest Period.

To qualify, entrants must:

• Complete the official contest application form.
• Complete 30 eligible in-studio classes between July 15 and October 12, 2026.
• Attend classes at participating Power Yoga Canada locations in Ontario.
• Be properly recorded in Mindbody and the applicable progress tracking program.
• Comply with all class tracking rules.

Maximum: one class completion entry per person.

• Only in-studio classes at participating PYC locations in Ontario count.
• Maximum one eligible class per calendar day may count.
• Attendance must be recorded through Mindbody.
• Participants must be connected to the applicable progress tracking program.
• Workshops, livestreams, virtual classes, special events, no-shows, late cancels, and unverified attendance do not count unless approved by PYC.
• PYC may audit, verify, correct, or disqualify attendance records if necessary.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring their attendance is properly recorded.

Attendance discrepancies must be reported to Power Yoga Canada by
October 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

July 15, 2026 to October 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

Enrollment

Guests will be automatically enrolled in the Mindbody progress tracking program when they attend
any qualifying eligible in-studio class during the Contest Period.

HQ Setup

Power Yoga Canada HQ will enable the program on July 14, 2026, after all eligible classes have
been finalized in the schedule.

Verification

PYC HQ will review Mindbody tracking data from October 13 to October 15, 2026.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Entrants may earn one social media entry by sharing
30 eligible Instagram posts, stories, or reels during the Contest Period.

To qualify, each Instagram post, story, or reel must:

• Be posted between July 15 and October 12, 2026.
• Tag @poweryogacanada.
• Use #RoadToSummit.
• Reference the contest, PYC, yoga, practice, community, wellness, the PYC Global Summit, or the entrant’s challenge journey.
• Comply with Instagram’s terms, community guidelines, and platform rules.

Maximum: one social media entry per person.

PYC reserves the right to verify social media entries using tagged content, hashtag activity,
account visibility, screenshots, or other reasonable methods.

If PYC is unable to reasonably verify the social media entry, or if the content appears fraudulent,
automated, inappropriate, offensive, misleading, deleted, inaccessible, or non-compliant, PYC may
disqualify the social media entry.

Participants with private Instagram accounts may not be verifiable unless PYC can view the required
content or the participant provides screenshots if requested.

Creating an Instagram account is free. Internet access and an Instagram account are required to enter
through the social media entry method. Standard internet, mobile data, and device charges may apply.

liability related to this contest.

There is one prize available to be won.

The prize consists of:

• One G Adventures Wellness Bali land-only trip for one person, valued at $2,879 CAD.
• $1,500 CAD from Power Yoga Canada toward airfare.

Total approximate retail value: $4,379 CAD.

The prize is subject to all applicable terms, conditions, availability, blackout dates, booking requirements,
expiry dates, supplier restrictions, and voucher conditions.

The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, has no cash surrender value, and may not be
sold, assigned, bartered, substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

The winner must claim and book the G Adventures portion of the prize through Camille / Adventures with Camille.

• The G Adventures prize is one land-only spot for one person on the Wellness Bali trip.
• The prize is subject to G Adventures’ booking terms and traveller requirements.
• The prize is subject to availability, blackout dates, itinerary changes, cancellation policies, and waiver requirements.
• The prize is valid for new bookings only.
• The prize cannot be applied to pre-existing bookings.
• The prize must be used within the booking and travel period specified by G Adventures.
• The final expiry date, booking deadline, travel deadline, and blackout dates will be set out in the prize voucher or supplier documentation.
• Non transferable
• Not redeemable for a cash value

If the winner is unable to travel within the required period, comply with supplier terms, meet documentation
requirements, or book an available departure, the prize may be forfeited.

PYC is not responsible for itinerary changes, cancellations, denied boarding, travel delays, travel restrictions,
border entry issues, missed departures, or supplier decisions.

PYC will contribute up to $1,500 CAD toward the winner’s airfare for the Wellness Bali trip.

• The airfare contribution is capped at $1,500 CAD total.
• Any airfare costs above $1,500 CAD are the winner’s responsibility.
• If airfare costs are less than $1,500 CAD, the winner will not receive the difference.
• The airfare contribution is not redeemable for cash.
• The contribution may be applied only toward airfare for the winner’s Wellness Bali trip.
• The contribution must be arranged through the process determined by PYC and/or Adventures with Camille.
• The contribution may be applied toward one economy-class round-trip airfare booking, subject to availability and airline rules.
• The contribution cannot be applied to pre-existing flight bookings.

The airfare contribution may not be used for:

• Upgrades or seat selection.
• Baggage fees.
• Travel insurance.
• Hotels or airport parking.
• Ground transportation.
• Meals or lounge access.
• Visas, passports, or vaccinations.
• Any other expense unless approved by PYC in writing.

Once flights are booked, all airline fare rules and conditions apply. The winner is responsible for change fees,
cancellation fees, fare differences, baggage fees, taxes, missed flight costs, and rebooking costs.

PYC is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, missed connections, denied boarding,
lost baggage, airline insolvency, travel advisories, or airline decisions.

Unless expressly stated, the prize does not include:

• Travel insurance.
• Passports, visas, or vaccinations.
• Medical testing or medical expenses.
• Baggage fees, seat selection, or upgrades.
• Meals not included in the G Adventures itinerary.
• Drinks or alcohol.
• Optional excursions.
• Gratuities.
• Spending money.
• Airport transfers unless included by G Adventures.
• Transportation to or from the departure airport.
• Hotels before or after the trip.
• Taxes, fees, or third-party charges.
• Trip interruption, cancellation, or rebooking costs.
• Any costs above the $1,500 CAD airfare contribution.

All such costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Travel insurance is required.

• The winner is responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance before travel.
• Coverage must include emergency medical coverage and trip interruption and cancellation coverage.
• The winner may be required to provide proof of travel insurance before travel.
• Failure to obtain travel insurance or provide proof if requested may result in forfeiture of the prize.

PYC, G Adventures, and Adventures with Camille are not responsible for losses, costs, claims, illness,
injury, medical expenses, travel disruption, or cancellation arising from failure to obtain adequate insurance.

The winner is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documents, including:

• Valid passport.
• Visas or entry permits.
• Proof of onward travel, if required.
• Vaccination records or medical documents, if required.
• Insurance documents.
• Any other documents required by airlines, government authorities, G Adventures, or travel suppliers.

The winner is responsible for ensuring they are legally eligible to travel to, enter, and remain in Indonesia
and any transit countries.

PYC is not responsible if the winner is denied boarding, denied entry, delayed, removed from a trip,
or unable to travel for any reason.

A random draw will take place live at the PYC Global Summit on October 18, 2026.

The draw will be conducted from all eligible verified entries.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The selected entrant must be present at the Summit at the time of the draw to claim the prize.

The selected entrant must be present at the PYC Global Summit on October 18, 2026 to claim the prize.

If the selected entrant does not already have a Summit ticket, PYC will provide complimentary admission
for the winner announcement portion of the event.

The complimentary admission has no cash value.

If the selected entrant is not present, is ineligible, does not correctly answer the skill-testing question,
does not sign the required release, refuses the prize, or is unable to accept the prize, PYC may select
an alternate entrant.

Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited,
multi-step mathematical skill-testing question.

The question must be answered without mechanical, electronic, or other assistance.

If the selected entrant does not answer correctly, PYC may disqualify the entrant and select an alternate entrant.

Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must sign a declaration and release confirming:

• Eligibility.
• Compliance with these rules.
• Acceptance of the prize as awarded.
• Agreement to prize terms and conditions.
• Agreement to sign and comply with G Adventures’ required waivers and documents.
• Agreement to obtain travel insurance.
• Release of PYC, participating studios, G Adventures, Adventures with Camille, Instagram, Meta, and related parties from liability.
• Consent to publicity, where permitted by law.

If the selected entrant refuses or fails to sign the required declaration and release, PYC may select an alternate entrant.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that PYC, G Adventures, and Adventures with Camille may use
the winner’s name, image, likeness, voice, city, province, challenge story, social content, photo, video,
and related materials for promotional, advertising, publicity, and marketing purposes without additional
compensation, except where prohibited by law.

PYC will collect and use personal information for contest administration, including:

• Entry verification.
• Eligibility confirmation.
• Winner selection.
• Prize fulfilment.
• Communication with entrants.
• Legal compliance.

Personal information may be shared with G Adventures, Adventures with Camille, participating studios,
legal advisors, and service providers as needed to administer the contest and fulfill the prize.

Personal information will not be shared with promotional partners for marketing purposes unless the entrant
provides express consent.

Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter.

By entering, entrants release PYC, participating studios, G Adventures, Adventures with Camille, Instagram,
Meta, and their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, representatives,
agents, affiliates, successors, assigns, and promotional partners from liability related to:

• Participation in the contest.
• Attendance at classes.
• Participation in yoga or physical activity.
• Social media participation.
• Acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize.
• Travel and flights.
• G Adventures’ services.
• Supplier acts or omissions.
• Technical failures or entry errors.
• Inaccurate tracking.
• Travel disruptions, illness, injury, or accident.

Nothing in these rules limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

PYC is not responsible for:

• Errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays.
• Technical malfunctions.
• Internet, app, Mindbody, or social media platform issues.
• Lost data or inaccurate tracking.
• Unauthorized access, theft, destruction, or alteration of entries or records.

PYC may correct errors, verify records, audit entries, and make final decisions regarding eligibility.

PYC may disqualify any entrant who:

• Violates these Official Rules.
• Submits false or misleading information.
• Attempts to obtain more than the permitted number of entries.
• Tampers with the entry process.
• Manipulates class tracking.
• Submits fraudulent or automated social media activity.
• Posts inappropriate, offensive, discriminatory, misleading, or harmful content.
• Acts in a disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or unsportsmanlike manner.
• Violates studio policies or Instagram rules.
• Undermines the integrity or intended operation of the contest.

PYC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, extend, or terminate the contest, in whole or in part,
if fraud, technical failures, human error, legal requirements, supplier changes, travel restrictions, health
or safety concerns, force majeure events, or any other factor impairs the contest.

PYC and/or the prize provider may substitute the prize or any portion of the prize with a prize or portion
of equal or greater value if necessary.

G Adventures is the provider of the Wellness Bali land-only trip prize.

PYC is not the trip operator, airline, hotel, transportation provider, tour supplier, insurer, or government authority.

All travel arrangements are subject to the terms, waivers, limitations, and policies of the applicable travel suppliers.

PYC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, substitutions, policies, or decisions
of G Adventures, airlines, hotels, transportation providers, insurers, government authorities, or other suppliers.

This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

By entering, entrants agree that any dispute relating to this contest will be resolved in Ontario, unless
otherwise required by law.
