What to expect

Step into practices designed to ground, energize, and inspire. From dynamic yoga flows to meditation and mindfulness experiences, this track invites you to reconnect to your body, steady your mind, and remember the power of practicing together in community.

This is your space to go deeper. Through sessions focused on mindset, healing, self-inquiry, and holistic wellness, you’ll gain tools to support your personal evolution both on and off the mat. Come ready to reflect, expand, and reconnect with what matters most.

The summit is more than a series of sessions — it is a shared experience. Meet people from across the PYC community and beyond, build meaningful relationships, and experience the kind of collective energy that reminds us we are stronger when we come together.

There is something transformational about being in a space filled with people who are committed to growth, service, and possibility. This part of the summit is about feeling inspired, supported, and fully part of something bigger than yourself.

Whether you are new to teaching or have years of experience, these sessions are designed to help you grow with intention. Explore teaching methodology, leadership in the room, authentic cueing, confidence, and the subtle skills that help great teachers create powerful student experiences.

For studio owners, leaders, and aspiring change-makers, this track offers grounded, real-world conversations around leadership, sustainability, team development, and growth. Walk away with ideas, tools, and perspectives to help you lead your work and your community with purpose.
